1) 3-Day Right to Cancel
You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS from the date the contract is signed.
2) How to Cancel
To cancel your credit improvement service agreement, you must notify Novelette Financial Solutions in writing within 3 business days of signing. You may cancel by email: [email protected]
3) What Happens After Cancellation
If you cancel within the 3-business-day period:
You will receive a full refund of any money paid within 5 business days
No services will be performed on your behalf
Any personal information provided will be securely deleted upon request
You will not be charged any cancellation fees or penalties
4) Cancellation After 3 Days
You may still cancel your service agreement after the 3-day period. However:
Refunds after 3 days are subject to our refund policy terms
Any work already performed will be retained
