By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Novelette Financial Solutions will:
Review your credit reports
Dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items
Provide general credit education and guidance
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: No guarantees of specific deletions, credit score increases, or any particular outcome are made or implied. Results vary based on individual circumstances.
2) Client Authorization
By signing this agreement, Client authorizes Novelette Financial Solutions to:
Obtain and review Client's credit reports from all three major credit bureaus
Communicate with credit bureaus and creditors on Client's behalf regarding disputed items
Use Client's personal information solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services
Access Client's online credit monitoring account if credentials are provided
3) Your Rights Under Federal Law (CROA)
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the following rights:
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with credit bureaus at no cost
You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from each bureau once every 12 months at no charge
You have the right to cancel this contract within 3 business days without any charge
You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA
4) Refund Policy
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If there are no deletions on your credit report within the first 90 days of active service, you will be eligible for a full refund of the service fee paid.
Conditions: To qualify for the refund, Client must have:
Provided accurate and complete personal information
Responded promptly to all requests for documentation
Not cancelled services during the 90-day period
Allowed full access to credit reports throughout the service period
5) Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
Notify Novelette Financial Solutions promptly of any changes to contact information
Respond to requests for information or documentation within 5 business days
Review all communications and updates provided
6) Cancellation
You may cancel this agreement at any time by providing written notice. See our 3-Day Right to Cancel page for information about cancelling within 3 business days.
