1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Novelette Financial Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2) Services Provided
Novelette Financial Solutions provides credit improvement services which include:
Reviewing and analyzing your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus
Identifying and disputing inaccurate, unverifiable, or questionable items
Communicating with credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf
Providing credit education and guidance
Monitoring dispute progress and providing regular updates
3) No Guarantee of Results
Important Notice: We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to the deletion of any items from your credit report or any increase in your credit score. Results vary based on individual circumstances, creditor responses, and the accuracy of information reported.
4) Service Timeline
The credit improvement process typically takes 3 to 9 months, depending on individual credit profiles, the number of items being disputed, and creditor/bureau response times. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.
5) Fees and Payment
Fees are charged only for services actually performed, in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Texas law. Payment terms will be clearly disclosed before services begin. You will never be charged for services not yet rendered.
6) Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete personal information
Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation
Notify us of any changes to your contact information
Review and approve dispute letters before submission
Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
7) Limitation of Liability
Novelette Financial Solutions is not responsible for actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, collection agencies, or other third parties. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8) Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 3 business days from the date of signing without any penalty or obligation, as provided under federal and Texas state law. See our separate "3-Day Right to Cancel" notice for complete details.
9) Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Texas Credit Services Organization Act.
